How to claim your prize?
If you win prizes valued for over $600, you will be notified via email or phone within two business days from the date, that is why it is important to write your correct details on your ticket. If you are unreachable, an alternate will be selected and notified.
You must complete a Winner Claim Form which must be completed and returned within two business days.
